Providing Affordable Homes for Working Families

NeighborWorks® New Horizons is a nonprofit organization working to provide quality affordable homes for working families in New Haven and the surrounding communities of South Central Connecticut and the Shoreline.

Empowering Community Ownership of Property

Mutual housing empowers residents to take leadership in the management and governance of local properties. Residents of mutual housing are members of the association. Local resident councils guide the management of properties and are represented on the NeighborWorks New Horizons Board of Directors.
